DM: Harley-Davidson 'Damage Control'

The problem: Harley had a lot of unsold 2010 Sportster stock.

The brief: Entice current Harley owners to upgrade through a mail out.

Our insight: If there's a rational nemesis to this purchase, it's the missus.

The idea: A step-by-step guide to avoiding the fallout when you bring that new baby home.
